Shift Esperanza in Nosara

Shift Esperanza is a globally inspired residential community in Nosara, Costa Rica, designed around visionary architecture, sustainable infrastructure, and long term regeneration. With 75 percent of the land preserved for nature, an 8 acre permaculture farm already in production, and fully independent water and wastewater systems, the project integrates environmental responsibility with contemporary living just seven minutes from the surf and cultural rhythm of Nosara.

The community is structured to balance private ownership with shared purpose.
